Membership
So much of Judaism is based on community. We gather a minyan to pray. We celebrate our simchas together. We offer shoulders to lean on when in need. Belonging to a community and taking care of that community are basic tenets of Judaism.
DNG offers several membership levels:
- Family memberships are for households with more than one person and include children through college.
- Single memberships are for households with only one person.
- Associate memberships are for those who enjoy coming to DNG but, for whatever reason, have a full-time membership at another synagogue. Unmarried children not living with their parents may take advantage of associate membership. Associate members do not have voting rights.
First year, over 65, and under 35 discounts are available. (Over 65 and under 35 apply to the oldest member of the household.)
Everyone is a valued member of the community, and no one will be turned away.
For more information on membership, please contact Margo Schwartz-Newton, managing director, at 224.306.9364 or margo@darcheinoamglenbrook.org.
